How To Do Camel Pose!

How to: Make sure the body is properly warmed up before trying!
- Come up onto knees with the knees hip distance apart, lifting the hips. 
- Slowly reach one arm behind at a time - right hand meets right heel and left hand meets left heel. 
- Drop the head back as far as comfortable, simultaneously drawing the hips forward 
- Youβre in camel pose! Take 3 deep breaths here. 
- Option to extend out through one arm to explore it deeper, balancing on one arm
